For the best performance and longest candle life, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn to help prevent tunnelling.

Trim each wick to approximately 5mm before every burn to promote a clean, even flame and minimise soot.

Burn your candle for no longer than four hours at a time. Allow the wax to cool completely before relighting.

Discontinue use when approximately 10mm of wax remains in the base of the vessel to help prevent overheating or damage to the glass.

Always burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from drafts, children, pets and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Burn times are approximate and may vary depending on room conditions, wick maintenance and burning habits. Glass vessels become hot during use and should only be handled once completely cooled.

Soy wax may naturally develop slight frosting, small surface imperfections or subtle colour variation. These are normal characteristics of natural soy wax and do not affect the candle's performance or quality.

SOL Linen pieces will be shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse. As these items come from a separate location, they may arrive in a different shipment from other KULALA Living products in your order.

SOL Linen strives to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, a refund is offered within 30 days of receiving the product.

Returns:

  • Each order is thoroughly inspected before leaving the warehouse. However, if the items do not meet expectations, they may be returned.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition. SOL Linen reserves the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.
  • SOL Linen is not responsible for any returned items that are misplaced before reaching the warehouse.
  • The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning items.
