Junior Marketing Assistant

Are you creative, organised, social media obsessed, and looking to build a career in marketing?

We're looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and work across our two established lifestyle and interiors brands, KULALA Living and Uniqwa Collections.

Working alongside and reporting to our Visual Design Manager, you'll gain hands-on experience across content creation, social media, digital marketing, photography, videography, campaign execution, and brand development.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a creative team.


About the Role


No two days are the same. You will support the marketing team across a wide variety of projects, including:

  • Creating social media content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and other digital platforms
  • Assisting with the planning and scheduling of social media content
  • Filming and editing short-form video content and Reels
  • Assisting with behind-the-scenes content creation
  • Supporting product launches, promotions and marketing campaigns
  • Writing captions, blogs and marketing copy
  • Assisting with website content updates
  • Monitoring social media engagement and responding to comments and messages when required
  • Researching trends, competitors and creative content opportunities
  • Contributing fresh ideas for campaigns, content and brand growth
  • General marketing and administrative support

About You


We're more interested in finding the right person than someone with years of experience. You might be a recent graduate, currently studying marketing, communications, digital media or design, or simply someone with a genuine passion for content creation and social media.

You'll ideally have:

  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence speaking with people and appearing on camera when required
  • Confidence taking direction and following instructions
  • A willingness to learn and accept feedback
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
  • A proactive mindset and sense of responsibility
  • A creative eye and interest in visual storytelling
  • A genuine interest in social media, marketing and content creation
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator
  • Bonus points if you have experience editing video content for Instagram Reels or TikTok
