Trade Program
Please review the following terms and conditions, which apply to all approved KULALA Living Trade accounts:
- Approved design and trade professionals are entitled to a KULALA Living trade discount of 20% across the full KULALA range, excluding Latte Poles.
- Once your trade account has been approved, your discount will be automatically activated under your registered email address.
- To access trade pricing, simply log in to your account and add items to your cart, your trade pricing will appear at checkout.
- Trade discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or sale event.
- To receive trade pricing, applicants must be registered and approved by KULALA Living prior to purchase. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Approved trade members enjoy complimentary freight to metro areas. For deliveries outside the nominated metro regions, please contact us. Our team will work with our trusted transport partners to find the most suitable and cost-effective option for your order.
- By registering for a trade account, you agree to join the KULALA Living trade database. This may include receiving updates on exclusive offers and invitations to trade events.
- Payment options are listed on our website. Credit card payments can be made securely through our online checkout.
- KULALA Living communicates directly with the approved trade professional who placed the order. We do not liaise directly with the trade professionals’ clients regarding order details or enquiries.
