MATERIALS

Main Finishing: Handcarved teak trunk, no two vases are the same.

Hand wash in lukewarm water without chemicals. Using it as a vase for live flowers will mark the wood.

Some slight imperfections in the finish, cracks, and colour variations may be evident with this product; these are not considered faults but rather the nature of a natural timber product and simply add to their uniqueness.

Timber naturally reacts to sunlight, moisture, and humidity, which may cause fading, warping, or cracks. Keep in stable, ventilated spaces and use coasters or pads to protect from spills and heat.

Clean with a soft cloth and mild soap, drying thoroughly to prevent water absorption.

Avoid harsh cleaners, soaking, dragging furniture, and reapply oil, wax, or sealant periodically to maintain protection.

As with any natural material, existing fluids and moisture can leach over time. A natural process of teak involves oil moving to the surface of the teak.

This natural process of teak oil leaching can cause staining; this can be especially evident if the furniture pieces are experiencing exposure to weather elements, particularly rain.

We do not recommend placing this natural timber piece directly onto carpets or rugs. Moisture will generally seep through the ends of the timber. If placing it onto carpets or rugs, markings may be avoided by using a protective liner, such as thick plastic.

None of the above is viewed as a fault; we embrace these changes as the natural characteristics and beauty of timber furniture.
