FREIGHT CALCULATION

At KULALA Living, we’re committed to delivering your order with care, wherever you are in Australia. We work with a trusted network of national carriers to ship our products across the country, including regional and remote locations.

Freight is automatically calculated at checkout for orders delivering to selected metro areas. If your delivery address falls within one of the supported postcodes below, you’ll be able to view and pay your freight charge at checkout.

For all other locations, including regional or remote areas and postcodes not supported by our freight calculator, a personalised freight quote is required. This allows us to offer the best possible rate and ensure smooth delivery across Australia.

If your order requires a freight quote, please select "Warehouse Pickup" at checkout and leave a note with your delivery address. Our team will then be in touch with a tailored shipping cost.

How Shipping Works

  • For orders under $49, shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout and is available Australia-wide.
  • For orders over $49 or deliveries outside our metro freight zones, we’ll provide a personalised freight quote.

This ensures you receive the most accurate and cost-effective delivery option for your location and order size.

Why a Personalised Quote?

Some of our items are large, fragile, or require special handling, and our products are shipped from our warehouse on the Gold Coast. Because of this, a personalised freight quote often provides better value and a smoother delivery experience, especially for:

  • Regional or rural areas
  • Bulky items or multiple large pieces
  • Special delivery requirements (e.g., hand unload, limited access)

Click & Collect

You’re welcome to collect your order directly from our warehouse. Simply select “Warehouse Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready.

Please note that our warehouse does not have a showroom. Our warehouse is a dedicated packing and dispatch space, we’ll let you know as soon as your order is prepared and ready for collection. Just keep an eye out for your ‘Ready for Collection’ email before coming by.
